Aurelio Philippines First Supercar

Well here it is. Philippines first super car. 4 Filipino had to pretty much put everything on the line to build this car company. They had to burrow from relative, pawn off some of their personal possessions. But they did it. They had come out with their own Super Car line. This car can speed up to 185mph with its lightweight body and a modified 4G63 power plant. They car produce between 6-10 units per year so Its a very limited examples. Expect to shell out about $37,000 or 1.6million pesos. I sure hope this things make it state wide. I would love to have one in the garage.

Well That Didn't Take Long

Well looks like we have ourselves a totaled M4. That didn't take long at all. 20 years old driver lost control of his brand spanking new BMW M4. I don't think this one will buff right out. On the bright side he probably doesn't have to walk far to get back to the dealership and get another one.

Sonoma Drift 8/7/13

On a nice summer afternoon, we went with a few drifters to a local drifting event located in Sonoma Raceway. Here are some dope pics of drivers hitting it sideways.

Meeting up with Julian and Marc getting stuff prepared such as tools, and of course tires

This Z31 belongs to Marc and Julian's co-worker. It is obviously not an ordinary Z31 but not just because it's drift prepped but under the hood is a VH45, which is a v8 motor from an Infiniti q45

However due to mechanical issues, the car barely had a chance to run

Might be common to others but it's still pretty rare to see this type of car drift.

I'm pretty sure this is everyone's favorite picture, due to the amounts of smoke.

Speaking of smoke, things do get smokey especially at a drift event

As you can tell by the damage, this s13 is a missile, with that being said the driver has been going ham since he/she has owned it

Of course without tandem, a drift session is no fun at all

Marc was putting his Miata to the real test. Considering it is his first time at a local event, he did extremely well after a few couple runs. Btw do you guys think his hood is open??

This Mustang looks fun to drive aswell

Its pretty cool to see a classic like the AE86 still around in the drifting world, this specific one has an F series motor from a Honda S2000 and is also turbocharged

Another classic, the SA22 RX-7, probably the coolest car I have seen during the afternoon.

Lets not forget that this FC3S is also a classic. Doesn't this one look like Ryosuke's from Initial D??

Some sponsored cars have also taken part of this event just to have fun and show the people how it's done

What did I say about things getting smokey during drift races??

Well that about sums it up about August 7th. It was fun watching friends drift not to mention other drivers as well. There was another race on the 9-10th but unfortunately we couldn't make it. However Sonoma Drift is an open event, $40 to drive and $10-15 to spectate, so if you want to enter to hone your drifting skills, or watch how these playa's get down, it is a pretty fun event. Shelby Mustang Destroys Dyno

Now this might be an impressive show of power. But this is just a case of operators not paying attention to posted power limit on the dyno. "portable" dynos has a lower power rating. Those ratings are there for a reason. Run a car that can over power the dyno and this can happen. Hope everyone and the car is alright. But from the looks of things the car suffered some damages and it looks like the cars behind the dyno also suffered some damages.

Bmw will be calling all new M3 coupe M4. M3 coupe will be designated to the sedan models. Heres a few spy shots of the new M4. Rumors to be realized as 2014 model year. Its also suppose to have inline six with twin turbo chargers. Suppose to be lighter and faster the the previous V8 M3 models. I personally think M3s (or M4 for that matter) Should remain true to high reving natural aspirated motors. But I guess with current market demands the change. Will have to see if this new Ms will carry the M dna.
